• Mockups are optional. (Unless Choosing Style #5) If needed, all mock-up requests must be submitted through our website by clicking the CHAT button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Mocks must be submitted by 9.10.26 at 12:00 CST. 
• You must provide HEX color codes
• Colors are matched as closely as possible by the factory. Providing a HEX code helps ensure accuracy.
• Refunds or replacements will not be issued for color variations if a HEX code was not provided.

Style #3 PATCHWORK- totally customizable - THIS DOES require a $5 design fee (must get mockup to order)

Style #4 choose main color and name/banner color - name and text in banner

Style #5 choose sport font and letter and name on bottom ( text can be sport or cursive on bottom) choose color of name
