MOCKUP REQUIRED TO ORDER: You will not be able to order this item without a Mockup. You may create your own or request one from us. If we create your mockup, you will receive a Mockup Number that must be entered when placing your order.

Please note that the last day to request a mock-up Thursday 8.27.26 @ 12:00 CST. To keep all requests organized, all mock-up requests must be submitted through our website by clicking the Chat button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Requests sent through comments or messages may be missed, so using the website chat ensures we receive your request and can assist you as quickly as possible.

If ordering a seamless design without a mockup, you must provide a completed seamless file. Please ensure your artwork is already formatted as a true seamless repeat before submitting your order.

Important: AI-generated images from ChatGPT are not seamless files and cannot be used for seamless design orders unless they have been professionally converted into a seamless repeat pattern.

Solid Color Orders:
For solid color designs, please provide the HEX color code for your desired color. HEX codes can be obtained through design platforms such as Canva or other color selection tools to ensure color accuracy.
